We offer a full Property Management, Property Care and Property Cleaning Service for owners who want maximum income and minimum hassle, coupled to first class care for their Spanish holiday home on the Costa del Sol. We can provide a tailored service to suit any individual owner and our services are numerous. We offer a standard packages with a set price, as well as many 'optional extras' to ensure you get exactly the service's that you want - no more and no less. Full Booking & Rental Management All enquiries are responded to quickly and efficiently, we vet potential clients to make sure they fit in with your criteria. Issue Booking Forms and Terms & Conditions and collect deposits and balance payments in a timely manner. Collect refundable breakage deposits at a level agreed between us and making suitable deductions in the unlikely event this is required. Keep accurate booking calendars to avoid double bookings. Issue detailed directions to the property and make arrangements for the clients to be met with the keys. Maintaining e-mail contact with clients from the first enquiry right through until they leave Spain. Send them a 'Customer Care Questionnaire' at the end of their rental and log results. Provide welcome packs where appropriate and also provide a property information pack giving details about the property and also local attraction, restaurants, bars, theme parks etc. Leave a contact number so guests can call for whatever reason at any time. The Full Booking & letting package automatically includes the Cleaning, Meet 'n' Greet and Inventory check services at extra cost. We will visit the property after each letting, giving it a full clean, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, lounge, dining room, halls, windows, appliances, polishing, sweep & mop floors (including outside areas), replace toilet rolls, change bedding, towels and tea towels. We can also incorporate our additional 'personal' services such as welcome packs or flowers left for the guests. We will leave our card in the villa so the guests can contact us direct if there are any problems during their stay. The prices for changeover cleans under the management contract are much cheaper than on the 'Rental Management' system. We arrange to meet the guests at the apartment with the keys - show them around and explain where everything is and how it works. Inventory Check At the end of the rental period we will check the property against the inventory and generally check the whole property over. We will carry out weekly inspection visits.
