Remedy
We will visit and inspect your
property on a weekly basis to make sure your investment is being safeguarded
against water leakages or unauthorised interference. It is our experience
that those of our clients who use this service, more than cover the costs,
as our detection of a problem often wards off disaster.
During our inspection visits we will
check the following area:-

Availability of services i.e.
Water, Electricity, Phone etc.

Check for evidence of any water
leaks or water from outside.

Check for evidence of internal
dampness. |

Flush toilets run water in sinks
& baths to prevent sticking valves.

Check external doors and windows
for signs of attempted entry.

Check alarm systems where fitted
to be seen to be working. |

Mail collected and if deemed
important forwarded to owner.
