Q.1 How can we be sure that you and the property actually exist?

  Answers to the questions:-
A.1

 

With the anonymity of the internet this is a very valid question. You have our names, address, phone numbers and bank details in Spain and in England, we can also give you phone numbers and e-mail address’s of past guests from all over the world who have enjoyed staying in our properties. So you can rest easy.
A.2

 

Although some of properties we market do adhere strictly to a Saturday - Saturday changeover days we might be able to find similar accommodation in the same complex and we can check to see if any of these are available for your preferred timing.

Unfortunately we do not produce a brochure but we do ensure that all information on-line is detailed enough to answer most of questions you may have and to ensure that your accommodation will meet your expectations. However if you do have further questions please feel free to contact us. We also have additional photographs available should you so wish.
A.4 A full sized single folding bed can be supplied at a small extra charge which might fit into either the master bedroom, twin bedroom or even the lounge.
A.5 Yes, your booking is made directly with the agent of owners, so all you do is simply call the number on the 'booking form'. It is easier and quicker however to carry out all communications by e-mail.
A.6 Although we do not offer flight bookings, we can recommend a few on-line flight centres that have certainly helped us in arranging our own travel. www.flightline.co.uk    www.cheap-flights-to-spain.co.uk, www.monarch.com
A.7 Airport transfers can be prior arranged with your booking. Or you can take a taxi, catch the train to Fuengirola and catch a bus or a taxi from there.
A.8 A hire car is desirable as there are many beautiful places to visit and a small car can sometimes be hired for less than the taxi fare.
A.9 We do offer car hire service and we have personally used this company and have proved to be efficient and well priced. Go to Car Hire Page
A.10 Before you depart you will sent detailed directions of how to find the property from the airport in English ( or in your native tongue) and in Spanish if you are planning to get a taxi from the airport.
A.11 You will be met outside the property by our local Manager who will let you in show you around and answer any questions you may have. We ask for flight details on booking, this enables the local manager to check on the flight’s eta.

Most accommodation is available at 4pm on the first day of your rental. On the last day we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10am so it can be cleaned and fresh linen provided for the next arrival. However if we do try and accommodate early arrivals and late departures where at all possible.
A.13  No problem. Just call our local manager from the airport if flying but if driving 2 hours prior to your arrival and she will be there waiting for you. The contact number can be found on the directions instructions.
A.14 For your convenience, in the property when you arrive will be a ‘welcome pack’ containing a few essentials - bread, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, water, wine, beer etc. so you will be able to relax after your journey.
A.15 Parking at property is either plentiful or you will have reserved space in the secure complex's carpark..
A.16 In the property information pack you will find the phone numbers of our local manager, the complex’s caretaker, police, fire and ambulance services and also our home number in England.

In the property is a comprehensive ‘Information Pack’ that includes many useful suggestions for restaurants, bars, places to visit etc. plus important phone numbers and general tips. Our local manager is also available should you require any further assistance.
A.18 All bed linen and towels are provided, except beach towels and linen for cots
A.19 Yes of course. Cots and high chairs can be hired at a modest cost. But please bring your own cot linen.
A.20 I am sorry but pets are not allowed in any of the property..
A.21

 

The property will be clean and fresh linen provided for when you arrive. If you are staying for more than one week, there will be a clean and linen change after ever complete week. Extra cleans and linen changes can be arranged and paid for locally through Linda, our manager.
A.22 Yes. A refundable breakage deposit is required on all bookings and this will be returned to you within one week of returning. Subject to no deductions being necessary.
A.23 Some of the properties have 'Pay as You Go' Spanish mobile phones which are considerably cheaper to use for local calls than foreign mobile phones.
A.24 It is probably a good investment to purchase an annual policy - these are typically a similar price to a travel agency’s price for a two week policy.
